Let me introduce .....our working space, our office as some of us call it
So this is a wonderful view that we enjoy in our working room in the university. Because of the lack of spaces we do not have big studios, each student is either working at home (alone) or you have to apply for a working room like this one. When you get lucky you will get one....I share this room with 3 other students and it is pretty cool to spend my time here.
We have a lot of fun, having brunch or lunch together, discussing our projects and architecture views, school problems....and other stuff. The only trouble with the room is that we have to leave until 12.pm. So basically you can not do allnighters, which is a good thing I guess.
But at the end of the semester, when everybody is trying to push as hard as it gets, we ussually get a special permit from our secretary, that allows us to stay longer. Thank you Frau Geyer Schroeder!!!
This is our hallway in the 4th floor. There are more of this students rooms in here. Sometimes it gets pretty messy here at nigth, or before the deadline.....the whole hallway is getting crazy then....and you are in the middle of this mess. People running up and down the hall, screaming, dancing, crying, bagging for help..... Yes,I love it.
It is very important to us that we always have enough food. When we have a reason we also celebrate, yes we are allowed to drink at the university!!!! Some of the professor even drink a glass wine with us at the end of the semester or after the presentation which I think gives the presentation a certain decadent touch.
