Lastly, John is straightforward.  There will be little mystery to the process.  You may not always lke what you hear, but surprises will be limited.  Despite also being the bearer of occasional bad news, John's congenial temperament and legendary patience allows him to get along with even the most demanding of clientele although some contractors might not agree.  Steel tipped shoes are for more than protecting toes!  We don't forget to have fun either!
