Claridge Architects, an award-winning practice, designed the house. It has a large open-plan living area, three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a guest bathroom with a concealed shower, and a TV room. It is situated in a large garden on a private development in Hampstead, London. It has a 200 sq m footprint, 2.7m ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows in each room. Kebony, a sustainable alternative to tropical hardwood, was extensively used in the construction.
The property was included in London's annual Open House event, which celebrates the best architecture in the city.
