My name is Bruna Sizzi Kherlakian, I am from Brazil where I got my Bachelor degree in Architecture (class of 2014).
In 2015, I came to New York to pursue my Master of Science in Architecture and Urban Design at Pratt Institute (class of 2016).
Through my studies and various internships, I have developed a fascination with how buildings and cities shape our entire society. After completing two internships in interior design, the scope of my interest increased to include not only interiors of homes and offices but also entire buildings. A third internship in large-scale real estate design, coupled with studio work in urban intervention at the neighborhood level, further increased the scope of my interest to encompass cities as a whole. Today, my objective is to become an architect who designs from small innovative spaces to large, complex projects grounded in a strong sense of social responsibility as well as an important connection with the city surroundings.
