My client was looking for design ideas for a remodel of a historic, downtown building in Nebraska and needed someone to help convey these ideas to the owner. Using Sketchup, I created a 3D model of the original building built off of CAD plans and through collaboration with the client, contractor and owner, we came up with simple, cohesive solutions using painted brick, window and awning treatments that fit within their client’s budget. They were looking for a "rough" & "sketchy" feel over a realistic rendering since it was an early concept presentation.
