Oversee all project management activities around building activations and moves such as;
• Hands on in monitoring the architectural works for conformance with the provisions of the contract documents and the procedures manual. Coordinate Architect/Engineers, contractors and respective contracts.
• Reviewing project documents such as Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical Drawings, Specifications, Inspection on the site of the material implementation and quality process etc.), Organizing and Managing meetings with Client, Contractor, Subcontractors, undertake RFI’s and Submittals, and evaluate the completeness for the respective phase of design.
• Reviewing, and processing all interior shop drawings and architectural technical submittals.
• Taking active responsibilities for managing the quality of the project(s) and manage facility to ensure successful completion as it relates to “on time”.
• Develop a strategy to coordinate the requirements/needs of all interested parties and analyze requested changes and to manage the change process.
• Take an active role and taking responsibility for plan and project coordination efforts separate line other duties as determined by the program and departmental requirements Monitoring the contractor’s schedule.
• Coordinating communications between contractor, client, site personnel, and consulting engineers.
• Initiating on site project meetings as needed.
• Lead the coordination process with other disciplines for all spaces specially the coordination with Façade Consultant, Leed Consultant about Leed issues on the project, Landscape and İnterior Consultant.
• Reviewing contractor’s architectural change order proposals and preparing recommendations to coordinate with Designers for the action on projects.
• Review and inspection of materials and suppliers to ensure required standards.
• Inspect materials delivered on site for quality and compliance with specification
• Monitor [sub] contractor’s performance in relation to acceptable standards.
• Reviewing the contractor’s project record documents relevant to their discipline.
• Prepare weekly technical architectural report.
• Working on Lean, BIM and Kamban system.

DUBAI AL- MAKTOUM INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT PROJECT
• Preparing Concept Design, Preliminary design for Spines, Terminal Building and Concourse buildings. To be more precise, designing functional areas, passenger flowing, staff flowing, piers-spine intersection design issues and Rotundas – Bridges relations and solve some of design problems according to correct design mentalities and client’s requirements.
• Preparing detail designs in accordance with current standards and codes including calculations, design risk assessments and sufficiently detailed sketches for the preparation of working drawings.
• Review and checking the design works of other staff members and external designers and giving comment.
• Manage and Maintain drawing / information issue and distribution systems for designers and Construction Design Packages with specialist subcontractors.
• Maintaining quality control and Producing the design development documents
• Taking Responsibilities for all Fire Management issues for Concourse buildings which are 3 clusters (Concourse 1-2-3). Preparing Fire strategies and indicating doors / walls types based on British fire standards,
• Coordinate and manage the submission of information to clear planning conditions and reserved matters.
• Collate with Architects, coordinate and manage the submission of information to obtain building regulation approval. Deal with any resulting issues.

MUSCAT INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT PROJECT
• Working on Concept design, Preliminary design and for Construction stages.
• Responsible for preparing detailed drawings and shop drawings for all project glazed such as, Glass partitions, glazed wall, Balustrade, Glazed floor ext. in coordination with our site team leads
• Representing a key point for the coordinated efforts between Bechtel-ENKA and its subcontractors.
• Producing drawings for Clients, Planning Authorities and Building Contractors.
• Maintaining client relationships and chairing meetings, Maintaining quality control
• Producing the design development documents.
• Attending site meetings, both with Consultants and Main Contactors.
• Superposition working for EMP such as, Electrical, Mechanical projects and Design Projects.
• Lead in Site Coordination with all trades.
• Prepare submission of shop drawing / Materials / MOS.
• To ensure work is construct in accordance with contract and drawings.
• Planning of Arch. Works and micro scheduling with other disciplines.
• Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers and etc.
• Implement and ensure QC plan with Quality and Service Dept.
• Procurement and Monitoring of Arch. related materials.
• To carry out inspection/trade demo/ material testing / mock up
• To ensure tiles/walls lay according to setting out plan.
• Attend sub-con meetings.
• Attend to architectural materials, sample board, trade demo and shop drawings submission and submittal reviews comment from consultants.
• Provides the technical input to meet procurement requirements

• Responsible for the assigned architectural activities on the project.
• Taking mature decisions on architectural problems and methods and representing the architectural effort within the assigned project in the resolution of technical questions.
