Bilal has more than 10 years of experience as Architect responsible for developing the projects from the conceptual phase to contract administration, in a broad range of types, including interior design, residential, institutional, hospitality, as well as urban design in the U.S and abroad. Clients and teams respect Bilal for his broad range of experience and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of project delivery. During his career, he intended to learn a little bit of everything to improve my creativity and problem solving skills.
Bilal is knowledgeable in a wide variety of programs, including Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Artlantis Studio, Photoshop and ArchiCAD. Recently he completed MGM National Harbor Project, as Senior BIM Manager and before that Project Architect of a Residential Apartment in Queens, NY (40K sq ft) from schematic design to construction documents using all aspects of Revit such as Phases, Design Options etc. I am also involved in Zoning and Building Code Analyzes, submitting all necessary forms during the Building Permit such as BBP, ZD, FP and FA.
Bilal is also interested with Virtual and Augmented Reality technology and found a startup company named RealPlusOne. He likes to play Nay instrument on his free time.
