BHMS has completed over 200 institutional and commercial projects since 1980. These projects range from the simple moving of an interior partition to complex, multi-story and multi-phased projects worth more than $80 million dollars.

Many of these projects are for institutional clients, such as Loyola University Chicago. BHMS has consistently completed these projects within the strict budget and timeline constraints that are typical of colleges and universities.

BHMS utilizes the latest three-dimensional design software tools allowing our clients to more effectively participate in design decisions before construction begins.
