A specialized architectural firm was established in February of 2003 by Richard Bartlett called Bartlett Associates MegaStrategies PA and in May of 2008 Dan Hartley and Kristin Mulkey joined him to create Bartlett Hartley & Mulkey Architects PA as a continuum of the design legacy with 65 combined years of experience.  Primarily servicing the developer market with projects exceeding 650 million dollars in construction costs they are experienced in the full spectrum of project sizes and types.  Philosophically they have put their clients first by listening intently resulting in the majority of their projects coming from repeat clients.  Design integrity along with artful arrangement of all the components has been key to enhancing the quality of the project’s experience.  The staff is equally experienced with a wide variety of associations from LEED, NCIDQ, AIA, and ICSC.  Bartlett Hartley & Mulkey Architects PA are poised to service any type project whether it is simple or of multi-use complexity.
