Design is inspired from the traditional houses of the Korea. The derived prominent lines reflects in the undulation of the massing and transcend beyond to wrap the entire façade and also form a roof trellis system. Design is an adaptive re-use of the International Broadcasting Center (IBC), built for the 2018 for the PyeongChang Winter Olympics

Design aspires to become and icon and hub for the city of PyeongChang.
