In 1937 the danish architect Frits Schlegel has changed from his classical education in the architectural profession to a moderne functionalist architect inspired from Wienna and designed an office building. The building is not listed yet, but characterized as worthy of preservation. Renewing the office represents a new type of task, namely the restoration and conservation of our newer building history that is marked by a desire to experiment. This has led to constructive exciting - but often complex - buildings that not only can be handled with a modern material catalog and methods, but will require the development of new methods that can ensure the buildings a future environmentally, construction and insulation technical and not at least aesthetically. We have developed methods to establish test plots, ensuring that we not only look, but also test methods until the final surfaces, in order to ensure a more stable and predictable process.
