A 1,200 sq.ft. loft overlooking Burj Dubai, efficiently spaced for reception lounge, kitchenette, restroom, spider-glass enclosed conference for 8, printing station, crafting station, working stations for 5 expandable to 8, and a glass-enclosed meditation room.
