Furman-Defanti Loft

Artist loft - Soho, New York City Circa 1979

This was my first Project Architect role. There was no General Contractor. Specs were by trade and contracts were bid out separately. All subs were vetted by our office prior to the issuance of the invitations to bid. Bid packages, award and contracts, all trade with all coordination of trades/scheduling/inspections/punch list and closeout included in my role.
