Overlook lighting design for all projects across the office.

Assist senior staff in preparing meeting minutes, 2D drawing documentation (Construction Documents, DOB, and Board Review Sets), and 3D renderings from SD to CD phases.

Prepare FF&E packages and collect samples for the clients' approval.

Collect and organize all approved specifications into schedules for final documentation.

Coordinate FF&E orders and deliveries through CA.

HDLC Architectural Lighting Design, New York, NY, US, Senior Lighting Designer

Collaborate with architects to design lighting into architectural spaces to meet clients’ requirements.

Guide engineers/electrical contractors in making costly effective lighting decisions.

Prepare lighting design documentation including presentation boards to clients, gathering cutsheets and writing specifications, lighting control intent diagrams, shop drawings, and punch lists.

Coordinate with reps, manufacturers, and distributors to gather fixture product information, make custom modifications, and move orders forward.

Overlook all projects and distribute work to rest of team to ensure jobs move forward under projects’ schedules.
