bau10 architecture is a full service architecture studio that focuses on small and large-scale residential and commercial projects, urban planning and land development.
Our designs originate from close consultation with our clients, which includes a thorough analysis of use, place and context, resulting in customized solutions with an emphasis on sustainability in construction, technology, material and function.
We don’t judge modern or historic, but rather challenges of space, proportion, light and materials. Based on our findings we develop a custom fit design solution for each individual project of any size.
Our collaborative, interdisciplinary approach includes building design, interior spaces, furniture, landscape, lighting and structural/civil engineering.
Opening our doors in 2002, Bau10 is based in Los Angeles and has completed projects throughout California and Germany.
