Managed the design development and interior design of a 10,000+ SF high-end residential house currently in construction in Los Angeles. Worked closely with leading interior designers, on-site construction team and local architects to develop one-of-a-kind custom interiors including custom furniture, millwork, selection and specification of all interior finishes, door hardware, lighting, and overall space-planning. Created VR walk-throughs using the latest 3D software utilizing photo-realistic renderings for enhanced virtual reality for client. Additionally, participated in various jobs including The Union Club in New York City and a new constructed Public Garden at One Sutton Place South.

Oversaw the planning and design development of a boutique Surf Hotel project on the Jersey Shore – part of a larger revitalization of ‘Pier Village’ development project in Long Branch. Worked closely with developers and the city of Long Branch site engineers to propose a 4-story shabby-chic style seasonal hotel on the shore. In addition, assisted with the design development and CD’s of several prominent high-end summer residences within Ocean Township and Long Branch New Jersey, as well as a synagogue annex-building.

Coordinated multiple residential, commercial and retail projects ranging from large-scale mall renovations, shop-in-shops, and retail chains including: H&M, Columbia Sportswear, Sears, Ivivva, Jimmy Choo, Breitling & more. Working with commercial developers, retail planners and branding strategists gave me first hand insight in large commercial space planning strategies, storefront & retail design, and an in-depth understanding of retail mall applications. Projects also included a large revitalization project in Williamsburg spanning several blocks - through renovating existing defunct
buildings.

This three-person firm allowed me to undertake multiple projects from start to completion, spanning all phases of the design process and overseeing the construction process. From developing fully interrelated CD sets to coordinating between contractors, electricians and mechanical engineers. I had the opportunity to immerse myself fully in the role of project manager and oversee the construction of several projects ranging from fast/casual dining, jewelry store, high end residential and commercial office renovations. Highly detail-oriented jobs included the design of custom millwork, metal display cabinets and traditional residential interiors.

Design Development of SPG’s line of custom modular homes. Working with simplex - a prefabricated house manufacturer based in Pennsylvania, our goal was to create two distinct house types which could work for various regions of the country and be shipped and assembled on site at a minimal cost to the
client. Responsibilities included developing a working CD set, selection of finishes/ products & appliances, designing of custom kitchens, millwork, bathrooms, construction details, and client 3d presentations.
