This development is an enlargment of an existing 3-story building. We designed for the addition of 3 stories resulting in a 25,000-square-foot mixed use building on Dekalb Avenue in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn. There are for 28 residential units as well as retail space on the ground floor. The building was completed in 2020.
