The Designer, Al Khobar - KSA, Design Architect
As the design department leader, I supervised a team of four junior architects and draftsmen, ensuring that they were working effectively
and efficiently. Together, we collaborated with other teams throughout all phases of medium-sized architectural projects to develop design
concepts and proposals that aligned with the client's vision. My responsibilities included producing technical documents such as
architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, BOQ, and tender files, and ensuring that all tasks and deliverables were of high quality and
delivered efficiently. Overall, my role required me to be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work collaboratively with other teams to
achieve project success while also effectively managing and guiding the design team.

I lead a team in designing and planning medium-sized residential and commercial projects in the GCC region.
One of my main responsibilities was producing quantity surveying and work estimation documents for potential projects, assessing the
scope of work and developing accurate estimates. In addition, I was responsible for finalizing the design phase of projects, producing shop
drawings and technical documents, and ensuring that designs met the standards of quality. I collaborated closely with other teams,
including engineers, production personnel, and project managers, to ensure that designs were feasible and could be produced efficiently. I
also provided support for the procurement team by producing material specifications documents and technical recommendations, and
produced work order drawings for the fabrication process. During the construction phase, I supervised work progress by conducting regular
site visits to ensure that projects were completed on time and within budget.
