Business House Project

A unique design and planning that change in functionality! The challenging part in this project came from designing a project with specific spaces standards and dimensions that is essential for his business, these same spaces doubles to function as a house later on with the least amount of construction work

The client had specific requirements for his business yet that same design needed to be flexible so it can be function as a house with the least amount of construction work. The complete transition is planned based on phases as illustrated in order for the building to work to its full limits with the least amount of construction and increase the building life span.
