Scope of work for this project included interior partition work and installation of new finishes, new kitchen equipment and bathroom fixtures, new floor drains at the ground floor and cellar, roof replacement at ground floor addition, installation of new mechanical ducts and roof-mounted equipment, masonry repointing, repairs of structural steel at existing vault, and new localized sidewalk replacement.
