The design approach of the project goes beyond the typical commercial planning of a 4 storey office building.
The architects calibrated the design to maximize the ground floor level by creating an upper ground floor to double rental returns for the developer

These two ground floors area connected by a grand staircase , to facilitate pedestrian flow through the building. and to infuse the landscape into the building .
