Residential, 5K SF Duplex @ 860-870 United Nations Plaza, New York, built in 1966 and designed by master architects Harrison & Abramovitz.

Concept Design took about 3 months, building and DOB approvals about the same, the renovation about double of the time. Within a year we have transformed this trendy interior into a one-of-a-kind New York Residence!
