The Leaside Residence addition consists of a 14 feet expansion of the house into the backyard, allowing for a larger redesigned area of the Family Room at the ground floor, increased Master Bedroom suite at the upper floor, and a Recreation Room at the basement with a walk-out.

The difference in levels of the backyard created a great opportunity for accommodating the pool area and to redesign the garden.
