Main Avenue, which appears to be one of the largest boulevards of the Yerevan city, has been selected as a site for the project. It starts from the Central Post-office Building in Saryan street which is famous for its cultural significance (museums at the houses of artist M.Saryan, poet H.Tumanyan and other cultural workers) . The structure itself is a dominant for its height. The Ave. streches up to Mashtots Ave., the central Ave. of Yerevan city and reaches the Republic Square, the essential square in the city where Government buildings and National Gallery are situated. From that point Ave. prolongs and meets Vernisage, the favorite place of Armenian artists and other art workers. This can be clearly seen at the master plan. This obviously demonstrates that the choice of the place strongly corresponds the project task goal. The Ave. has been bounded by two significant streets from both sides and ends up in two tunnels (it is seen in 3D) in which there are numerous graffiti works. Thus the project is based on two large staircases, descending from which one finds himself in front of the close and open auditoriums and Theatrical Hall. On the left and right sides there can be seen relief-like volumes in which workshops, sound studios, dance studio, theatre group, exibition area, info centre, administrative offices, auditorium, performance studio and open-air studio, bar-cafe and toilets are placed. These volumes are located so as not to shut the panorama visually. Volume roofs have been planted up in greenery and are very convenient for promenades. When walking along the central road we encounter numerous paths crossing the central street which allow to enter from different points the various building units where workshops, performance studios, sound studios etc. are placed. In fact, central road by itself proves to be Outdoor Plaza, where lots of open air events can be organised such as graffiti, street art shows etc. The site has no strict division between open and close areas, they are as if overflowing one into another and seem interconnected in some way. On the whole the intergrated and pleasant harmonius atmosphere has been created. The composition trims up in built-in fountain
