The following project is currently under construction.  This is a 3-level home, one level below grade, made from stacked storage containers.  It includes 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, upper level master deck and exterior deck area on the roof top for city views.  The basement is ICF construction with a game room and movie room.  Once completed it should achieve LEED certification which the developer is very proud of.
