The project shall consist of developing the lots and construct a 30 storey mixed use tower that will be composed of Retail, Offices, Furnished Apartments, Residential Apartments, Entertainment (Health Club), Surface and underground parking.  The tower shall be described as world class development of the 21st century and shall be technically, aesthetically and commercially feasible.

The project shall primarily accommodate a hospitable living and attractive destination for business, residents and visitors.

The lot shall be utilized in the most optimum use to achieve maximum use of area with more than adequate accessibility and parking facilities.
