Office Mart is one of the few  distinctive buildings to be built in kololo, a most wealthy and well developed area  in Uganda. 

Office Mart combine structural complexities with intricacies of dynamic facades made up of circular and unitized glazing wall, alternated with ribbed fare faced concrete walls and jagged aluminum-clad walls. The building will have spectacular construction of 1 large concaving Aluminium standing seam roof with skylights slits supported on steel trusses spanning across 150m. Suspended from this roof is the circular Assembly Hall propped on another network of steel girders spanning 50m across a columnless Banquet Hall.
