USC Crew Team Boathouse

This crew team and facility boathouse in Long Beach, CA houses all of the associated rigging and equipment for the oarsmen, yet also serves as a place for the crew team, coaches and riggers to carry out their daily rituals of training, practicing, and perfecting the art of rowing.  This boathouse rises and lowers with the tide along a glass interior column system.  The series of skylights guides one through the space and along their daily routine.
