Aria Group Architects, Inc. was formed in February 1989 by Jim Lencioni, Walter Pancewicz, Joe Vajda and Kathy Lencioni. Tom Smiciklas was made a principal in 1998 and Frank Cavanaugh in 2000. Their firm’s goal is to provide personalized architectural and interior design services to our clients, which combine a high standard of design with fiscal responsibility.
They are sensitive to the importance of staying within an established budget yet creating an imaginative and well-balanced design that relates to the end user of the building as well as its surroundings. They perceive the construction of a project as a team effort with the owner, architect, contractor and consultants working together towards a common goal.This enables them to complete projects on time and within budget with few extras or change orders.
Their services include architecture, planning and interior design. All basic services in schematic design, design development, construction documentation, bidding/negotiating, and construction administration can be provided. Many of Aria Group’s projects require total design services, which include graphic design, signage, planting, and artwork selections.

They are a recognized leader in the industry having designed over 1,600 restaurants alone. They have long standing relationships with Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, Inc.
