At time of construction, the BAPS Atlanta project was considered the largest Hindu Mandir in North America surpassing similar facilities built by the group in Chicago and Houston.

Developed over 20 acres, the campus center piece is the Mandir.  Constructed using Turkish Limestone, Carrera Marble, and Indian Sandstone, the facility is a masterpiece of hand carved stone.

Other buildings on the campus include a 3000 capacity worship room, full gymnasium, classrooms and priest living quarters.
