architecture AND is a small design studio located in New York City offering full service design and architectural services.

Much of our work is residential - both design driven custom alterations/renovations/combinations in the city as well as ground up custom single family residential outside the city.  We also excel at cafe and gallery projects where flexibility and adaptation are key.

Architecture is a fluid endeavor with many objective and subjective influences.  It is also the effort of many.  We embrace our role to lead and collaborate in order to clarify and align those efforts to an enthusiastically pursued vision.
