The Garten

The Temple is an octagonal pyramid comprised of two planes mirrored across an axis.

The orientation and position of the U beams allow for an enhanced perspective and an immersive effect from any angle. These carefully rotated beams create the illusion of a bending surface from a planar one. More than 800 linear meters of metal beams are lined with LED strips from the inside, (these had to be painted in two colors, silver on the outside and black on the inside as to limit the lights reflection) all MADRIX controlled creating a unique light show optimal for a clubbing experience.

More than 400sqm of custom designed , 15 cm deep, acoustic panel cover the back surface of the structure, (keeping in mind this is an open structure). These surfaces being slanted at a 45-degree angle render the temple a very effective acoustic structure for almost half the area covered; "the mother of all sound barriers would be quite an understatement"(21db_acousticsolutions, consultants on the project).

Also it is important to note that the acoustic performance is achieved without having any air gaps or doors, instead two acoustic tunnels serve as sound mufflers and dissipate the backward escaping bass.

The project is spread across 3000 sqm, it is punctuated by patches of tropical trees and greenery and holds up to 2400 people.
