As a Master’s Graduate from SCI-Arc, Los Angeles, CA, I have been practicing architecture and interior design for over 12 years, and have grown professionally to be a Project Manager / Team Lead at my present Design Firm in New York City.
My portfolio includes a diverse collection of project experience ranging from a 5,000 S.F. office suite & small scale corporate interiors; to a 1.2 M. S.F. mixed use urban complex & high-rise development projects.
As a Project Manager, I am responsible for the successful management of multiple commercial architecture projects.
In a nutshell, my role includes the following responsibilities & skills:-
• Manage all phases of the projects, from inception to project delivery.
• Communicate and translate client needs to the entire project team.
• Produce quality designs and documentation.
• Manage team / staff members.
• Coordinate design across various disciplines.
• Set, prioritize, and meet project deadlines.

RFR Holdings LLC / RFR Realty – Pre-built office suites and Built to suit tenant fit out spaces, with test-fit design, contract drawings & documentation and project administration, for 5 Major buildings (including the Seagram Building and the Lever House), with approximately 35 stories per building, amounting to over 6,000,000 SF of real estate, spread over Manhattan.
Tiffany & Co NY Office Headquarters – New York, NY LEED CI Platinum [55 million]
Tiffany & Co – A seven floor, 400,000 S.F office facility, with a state of the art Tandberg conference room, a full executive floor, creative visual merchandising areas, retail vitrine mock up areas, leather labs, gem & diamond analysis labs, Library, high end pantry / café, & an in-house store facilities for the employees.
Knight Libertas Office Space – Greenwich, Connecticut [5 million]
Knight Libertas – A two floor, 35,000 S.F office facility, with trading floors, a gym room and shower facilities for the employees.

Jet Airways – A 10,000 S.F. office facility is the USA Headquarters for a young & Class A Indian origin airline company, spreading its wings in North America and Canada.
Standard Chartered Bank Corporate Office Relocation – Two Gateway Center Newark, NJ [8.5 million]
Standard Chartered Bank – A 45,000 S.F. fast track office relocation project with Feng Shui Design principles
Beckman Coulter Vision Center – 10 Exchange Place, Jersey City, NJ [2.5 million]
Beckman Coulter Inc. – A 7,800 S.F. facility is the New York office and vision center of a leading biomedical research and clinical diagnostics corporation.

Lincoln Property Company – Office Interiors for various tenants in the building, including preparation of BOMA calculation charts/stacking charts, and marketing brochures/handouts for leasing vacant spaces.
Parkway Lofts, 5 Lawrence Street, Bloomfield NJ, East Orange NJ
Prism Capital Partners LLC – 350 Loft unit renovation, 370 unit new apartment & town house construction, on an 18-acre site with industrial buildings built between 1915-18 originally for GE. This project is being developed in tune with the New Jersey State initiative of developing urban areas along the guidelines that are proposed within the master plan.
10 Exchange Place Tenant Work – 10 Exchange Place, Jersey City, NJ
ING Clarion Realty/CB Richard Ellis – Office Interiors for various tenants in the building, including preparation of BOMA calculation charts/stacking charts, and marketing brochures/handouts for leasing vacant spaces.
City Place at the Promenade – Edgewater NJ [2 million]
Starwood Heller – A 1.2 M. S.F. urban complex, comprising of 3 to 5 story apartment building with 326 units above 164,000 S.F. of Retail space, & 400,000 S.F. of covered parking.
Harborside Plaza V – Jersey City, NJ [155 million]
Mack Cali Reality Corp. – A 34 story, 1.13 M S.F. office building and a 1,320 car parking structure was designed as an addition to the Harborside Financial Center Hub across the Hudson River.
