I'm Ajay Dev, a recent graduate with a degree in Architecture from the University of Calicut. I possess a deep passion for architecture and design, particularly for their ability to elevate people's quality of life. My experience encompasses design projects for hospitals, commercial spaces, residences, and mixed-use developments. 🏗️

Beyond my technical skills, I'm proficient in various computer-aided design (CAD) and creative software, including AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, and Microsoft Office. Currently, I'm actively expanding my knowledge in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software and its processes, aiming to become an expert within the next few months. 👨‍💻

My leadership qualities stem from my experiences in various organizations. As a college magazine editor and urban design report editor, I honed my team and project management skills, thriving in high-pressure environments while meeting deadlines consistently. 🤝

I approach my work with a high degree of responsibility and sincerity, taking ownership of my tasks and demonstrating strong leadership when managing teams. I'm drawn to challenging and significant projects, finding immense satisfaction in delivering them at their design best.🍀
