We were asked to renovate a large apartment in an old palazzina in Monte Mario, Rome. There was no floor plan available; therefore it was necessary to perform a metric survey. From that I proceeded to draft different designs, to understand both the possibilities and the client’s needs. Once the choice was made, I continued to prepare the technical documents necessary for all the permits. This included detailed plans for demolition and construction works, and the final design.
