Brief: Design three energy-efficient sea-side villas with infinity pools on the top of a hill, aimed towards the nearby beach specifically for rental purposes. The goal was to be energy-sufficient, sustainable and be able to live off grid. Budget €450,000.

Personal involvement: Concept sketches, architectural drawings & 3D imaging. Attended site visits & performed environmental studies. Specifications included unique photovoltaic roof tiles (traditional Roman style), triple glazing and a rainwater harvesting & recycling system.
