Thesis Statement : Food insecurity addresses the lack of access to affordable, nutritious, foods as a result of the contemporary food chain's disconnected and profit-based processes. The redesign and localization of food processing has the ability to support an efficient, sustainable, and independent system that can help reverse food insecurity in cities.
