Large Scale Retail Projects - Saks Fifth Avenue

I designed multiple Saks Fifth Avenue large retail stores both as Renovations as well as Ground Up New Construction. The firm developed prototypes and we would work with the existing conditions to arrive at options to best incorporate the template details and maintain proportions, functionality and code compliance. I designed buildings in various construction types from steel and metal studs to Masonry and EIFS exterior detailing. All new loading docks designed, coordinated with site and detailed.

Core and Shell D.D. & C.D. sets with senior detailer, coordinated with MEP & Structural consultants. Developed all loading docks. Code review for egress requirements and required rated separations.
