The scope included consolidating 3 tenants into Bulgari Store in the internationally known South Coast Plaza. Annie Hetrick-Dahm was responsible for the drawing set development, permitting, detailing, and managing a small team of drafters to complete the drawings under a strict timeline. Structural reinforcement and MEP reconfiguration was required.

The facade is the first one of its kind built in North America. Build A Limited uses curved glass and LED lighting to create a luxuriously ambient experience that provides a sense of transparency with the brand's identity and ethos, while also giving a sense of privacy among its exclusive customers.
