I am currently a third year Interior Design Student at the University of Texas at Austin.
Interior Architecture is a compelling field that has infinite possibilities to change lives by the experiences it creates between people and the inhabited space. We are a growing field that is stepping away from simply “decorating” and beginning to redefine the interiors and foster new experiences. I believe that the basis of art is recreating the beautiful experiences in life; we try to create architecture, art, music, dance that will make us feel the same way as our past experiences. While I hope to recreate personal experiences that have shaped who I am, I hope that my designs inspire others to have a feeling of inspiration and hope that they can long to relive.
