Project Executive
 Project Executive for FF&E procurement, delivery, installation and claims at the 40,000 sq.m (430,000 sq.ft) SIDRA Hospital for over 11,000 pieces of luxury furniture and equipment sourced from 80 international manufacturers. Total contract + VO's value is appx US$100 million. Sat on JV board and held signatory power over all JV related correspondence to the client.
 Managed a team during the peak installation period of 45 engineers, architects, planners, cost controllers and supervisors, plus subcontractors.
 Assembled and led a commercial/planning team to develop a new approach to the project Extension of Time Claim Submission and Variation Order Works. Successfully achieved initial Extension of Time award and contractual merit for Variations. Currently working on final contract negotiations including global completion certificate/commercial close-out.

 Sr. Project Manager for complete design-build of MEPS & interior fit-out at Qatar Leadership Centre, three floors of offices worth over US$8 million.
 Project Manager for US$40 million complete interior fit-out at (450,000sf) five-star research and academic National Library designed by Rem Koolhaus of OMA.
 Project Manager for US$12 million, highly specialized finishing work at the New Doha International Airport: Emiri Terminal – designed and constructed highly mechanized custom automated arched doors 5 meters tall by 4 meters wide worth over US$300,000 each. This is the only project of its kind in the world.
 Executive Architect for US$60 million, 430,000 sf, Amiri Diwan palace renovation - Hired and coordinated three architectural firms, one interior design firm and PFQ’s Milanese office located across three continents to complete design concept and begin construction drawings in less than two months.

 Re-branded Asgard Associates from 2008 as a manufacturer’s rep for American made products in the Middle East. The new iteration of the company is responsible for over US$6M in sales of glass, stone, ceramics and terra-cotta products.
 Specified and fully supervised implementation of a new website (www.asgardassoc.com).
 Met regularly with architects and contractor procurement teams to determine technical and commercial viability of projects, negotiate payment terms, and agree sales and delivery terms.
 Responsible for tax-reporting, accounting, HR, sales, cashflow management, and all other aspects of business.

 Assisted clients to rework legal/contract-writing process to conform with AIA standards, as well as to establish and populate bidders list systems, cost/change-order tracking systems & approval document systems.
 Provided owner’s rep. services for several residential projects in Brooklyn & Albany, NY totaling US$6.5 million.
 Created acquisition property search system for Brooklyn, NY neighborhoods & provided pro-forma analysis and construction cost evaluations for fourteen Brooklyn and Manhattan properties.
 Provided architectural firm project close-out services for OCTA Bus Shelter Replacement project, appx US$8 million.

 Managed all aspects of the completion/turn-over process for Extell Development Company’s, 31 story, “Ariel West” condo tower totaling US$90+ million. Completed under budget and on time.
 Coordinated aggressive apartment and amenity space completion & turn-over program.
 Managed change orders, contract amendments, new estimates, payments & close out to project completion.

 Assisted with all aspects of construction process for the sister tower (“Ariel East”) totaling US$60+ million, financed by Extell Development Company and the Carlyle Group.

 Scheduled and supervised multiple contractors for US$50+ million, 20 floor luxury condo (the Clarett Group’s “Opus” building).
 Coordinated all work necessary to complete 6 floor brownstone meant to create additional floor area ratio through zoning variance.
 Supervised up to 25 men per day for project completion.
