About

Architect and Urban Planner with a Master's degree from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. My passion for urbanism and urban planning has led me to explore various aspects of this field in different parts of the world.

My professional journey includes enriching experiences as a former fellow of JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency), where I delved into urban policies in Colombia, gaining valuable international insights.

I have had the privilege of playing an active role in managing Comprehensive Social Projects aimed at disadvantaged neighborhoods in Argentina, specifically in Santa Fe and Mendoza. My work focused on coordinating and executing collaborative projects between social organizations, the Municipality, and the National Government, with the goal of improving the quality of life for local communities.

In addition to my practical work, I also share my experience as an Urban Planning Professor at the National University of Rosario, where I have the opportunity to inspire future generations of urban planners and promote the importance of sustainable urban planning.

My research interest has centered on Participatory Planning of Rapid Urbanization Processes, a field I consider crucial for addressing current challenges in our constantly growing cities.

Recently, I have added a new course focused on social and environmental financing through Social, Green, and Sustainable Bonds (SVS+ Bonds). This program is designed to make these thematic bonds accessible to companies, consultants, and government teams for financing projects with positive impacts. Participants acquire theoretical foundations and practical skills to structure and issue SVS+ Bonds, following the relevant regulatory frameworks and taxonomies, in addition to preparing necessary reports and conducting follow-ups.

I am committed to developing innovative and sustainable solutions for the design and management of urban spaces, and I am excited to continue collaborating on projects that enhance the quality of life in our communities. I am always open to new opportunities and connections in the field of architecture and urban planning.Architect and Urban Planner with a Master's degree from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
