As part of the SYAA team, I was trained to apply the knowledge accumulated in the university and in the same time be aware of the responsibilities of an architect. In this sense, I was introduced to the pragmatic side of the legislative and procedural aspects of the profession. I took part in different stages of the projects: meetings with clients, preliminary investigations on the site, concept design developed further on into the elaboration of the technical project, coordination with other specialists to outline the design and finally the execution, site supervision.
My tasks included the elaboration of the construction permit documentation, complying the current legislation and regulations. Along with the technical phases of the project, I was responsible of enhancing and exemplifying the concept design through 3d modeling and renderings.

My internship at K2A ARCHITECTURE initiated me into the client - designer relationship and gave me the opportunity to apply my skills onto real projects. My assignments ranged from building physical models to diagrams, 2D project representation, computer modeling and renderings.
