• Worked in Honduras to collect information, meet with leaders, and connect with the community to discuss the implementation of historic preservation best practices; while also researching social entrepreneurship opportunities for Jahani and Associates
• Conducted primary research through interviews and surveys about historic preservation practices in Honduras and how its improvement can affect country's cultural heritage management and legislation
• Worked with the IHAH union President to understand historic preservation challenges and draft solution recommendations
• Executed extensive market research through SWOT analyses, policy recommendations, and commercial opportunity analysis of historic preservation practices in Honduras. The research yielded the need for a Historic Preservation NGO in Tegucigalpa, which will be Jahani and Associates' future social entrepreneurship project
• Drafted a 300 page professional report as part of my Cornell University masters' thesis to outline the challenges and solution recommendations needed for Honduras' historic preservation field

• Performed interior and exterior building surveys for women only private social club in NYC Upper East Side; updated interior and
exterior base drawings for project renovations
• Completed ADA compliant interior designs for project renovations in New York City
• Collected Certificates of Appropriateness (CofAs) from New York City’s LPC to promote LSA work acceptance used in similar
projects; also surveyed neighborhoods to confirm how renovations and restorations stated in CofAs were applied
• Created renderings for LSA proposals in partnership with STV Engineers to design flood walls for New York City’s MTA
• Worked with Senior Project Managers to draft and design drawing plans for private and public sector clients.

• Exterior envelope architect surveyor: mapping current facade conditions of Hudson View Gardens' 15 buildings for repairs; also drafting the detailed plans for those repairs

• Facades, fire escapes’ and railings inspector: for compliance with the requirements of 1RCNY 103-04 for Periodic Inspection of Exterior, Walls, and Appurtenances of Buildings (formally known as Local Law 11/98)

• Organized and indexed media used for course presentations
• Surveyed a neighborhood in the city of Syracuse by analyzing and defining individual buildings’ architecture styles, building materials, and their historic/architectural integrity to help determine the possibility of a historic district designation
• Developed a Historic Structure Report (HSR) and delivered to Cornell Professors and Historic Ithaca for their historic records; the information was later used in the nomination for the Henry Saint John Historic District (designated in 2013)

• Worked under the supervision of the Preservation Services Coordinator to identify historic sites that were used for education and outreach in Tompkins County
• Developed a Strategic Five-Year Preservation Services Plan by researching Sister Organizations, their resources, and their successful services
• Presented Strategic Five-Year Preservation Services Plan to Historic Ithaca staff and stakeholders; report was used to create and implement new services and programs that increased public participation and revenue
• Assisted preparing for the “Historic Ithaca Speaks Greek” Fall Fundraiser, Tour, and Gala event through researching, identifying, and indexing historic fraternity and sorority societies utilizing historic buildings on and off Cornell’s campus
• Practiced preservation advocacy skills of negotiation and communication strategies to present cases clearly and convincingly in a manner that engaged and responded to multiple parties
• Conducted analysis to match funding opportunities available through government and non-government organizations with services offered by Historic Ithaca
