This project is seen as a gray dot in a green environment, for it is chosen a material that recalls the passage of man at all times, which requires little maintenance and is long lasting. Concrete by its heaviness counteracts the soft nature.

The tour allows, facilitates and promotes the movement in the complex. The design of the building inspires a certain route , however it is a slight suggestion that tolerates the free will of users.

In suggested route it is not unique and develops a constant processing steps , widths , lighting , directionality , materials / textures that provide the user with a succession of experience according to the route chosen, consciously or unconsciously.

The facade of the building sums up the conception of it: the heavy concrete horizontality is interrupted by lightly draw diagonal steel stairs and dotted with wooden slats, soft materials and light to counteract the hardness of concrete. Balance, strength, plasticity, functionality and sustainability.

Technically, a warm facade system inside, not ventilated, with concrete-sided view, isolated inside with rockwool, with a finish of plasterboard, stressing the strength and willingness to seek long-term use.

In the case of sports equipment, it is designed so that the inner zones are of small dimensions, to economize on climate in winter.
