The New Hampshire Lake House is a multi-million dollar private residential project for a family of eight on a twelve-acre property with direct lake access. The project consists of four buildings: Main House, Guest House, Club House, and Indoor Basketball Court. The structure on three of the buildings is steel frame, with the fourth being concrete and mass timber. Construction on this fast-track project began in 2020, with my involvement beginning in 2022. My contribution includes the design and detailing of interior millwork, the selection and coordination of finishes such as tile and plumbing fixtures, and responding to numerous field inquiries throughout the process.
