C1 House is a very interesting project we executed in almost 6 months with many rounds of review. The house is located on a 1200-meter-square ground, which is built for a family of 4 people.

The main block includes 3 main bedrooms with WC and 1 extra room. The ground floor is a connected space of the living room, dining room, kitchen and a small bedroom led direct towards the swimming pool. On the upper floors, there are private bedrooms. A home theater is on the topmost story with a view towards the airy terrace.

One of the challenges in this project is the façade. It is in west direction and affected a lot by solar radiation during the day. The design team has ingeniously solved the issue by using 2-layer cover system with bold modern figure. Therefore, we turn the weakness of the house into an impressive feature of architectural shape forming.

The garden, garage and swimming pool are designed with simplicity, they make a perfect background for the house.

Most of the window are in the left of the house. Because the prevailing wind at this area howling towards this direction, when incorporates with the moist air from the swimming pool below, will cool the house down in the tropical climate.
