- Drafted detailed drawings of projects of differing scales. Had my first encounter with transit-oriented development and grasped important communication skills between numerous stakeholders.

- Drafted detailed construction drawings of the building structure which included - elevations, sections and made presentations which were shown to clients for their clear understanding of the project.
- Attended client meetings and understood how stakeholder negotiations are held.
- Obtained understanding of how a project is taken from the design phase to execution, keeping project timelines in mind. Gained insights on site management, material vendor communications and drafting bills of quantity.

- Attended client meetings and was involved in negotiations. Also assisted the client in furniture selection and purchase.
