This 2015 contemporary home located in the Mulholland scenic neighborhood proved to be one of our toughest challenges yet. Located within a more traditional neighborhood, our more modern aesthetic was a tough sell to the neighborhood review board. Eventually we came to an agreement, resulting in this stunning 3,000 sq foot home.

The dramatic entrance opens up into the sophisticated living room featuring a floor to ceiling marble fireplace and a glass wine cellar. A designer kitchen with Calcutta Gold Marble, top-of-the-line Thermador appliances, and custom African finished cabinetry opens to the spacious family room.

Outside the waterfall pool and brand new spa sit within a large lounging area complete with an outdoor kitchen – perfect for those summer BBQs or Sunday dinners with the family.

We took full advantage of the sweeping views and natural light by using Fleetwood pocket doors and corner glass walls. Only the highest quality finishes were placed in this home, providing a house that truly is the height of luxury.
