The client purchased a single family home in Laurel, MD utilizing the 203K program which includes funds for acquisition and for renovation. As Designer/Architect I provided my client with a schematic set of drawings for contractor pricing and for closing. Then after closing I provided the client with permit drawings that were permitted in Dec 2014. The project is expected to be completed in late April early May 2015.
